Welcome to Keystone Pinnacle Pro. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pro app, which is operated by Keystone Pinnacle Property Advisors LLC. By using the Pro app, you agree to these terms.
Keystone Pinnacle Pro helps you complete a New York Surrogate's Court form that you select. You answer plain-language questions; we populate the official form from your answers and provide a filing checklist and supporting-document reminders. You print, sign, and file the packet yourself.
The supported form for the current release is the Affidavit for Voluntary Administration (Small Estate) - SE-3A. We add new forms over time.
Keystone Pinnacle Pro is a document-preparation service. It is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, do not represent you in court, and do not enter into an attorney-client relationship with you. We do not determine whether the form you selected is the right form for your legal situation.
If your matter involves contested heirs, real property, disputed facts, uncertainty about which proceeding applies, or any question that requires legal judgment, consult a licensed New York attorney before using the Pro app to prepare a packet.
You sign in to the Pro app by requesting a magic link sent to your email address. Keep your email account secure; anyone with access to that email account can request access to your Pro app data.
You may stop using the Pro app at any time. You can delete a generated packet using the Delete this packet button on the packet page, which removes your questionnaire answers and the generated PDFs for that submission.
How we collect, store, and retain your information is described in the Privacy Notice. The retention default is 90 days after a packet is generated.
The Pro app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty that the Surrogate's Court will accept any specific filing or that any specific outcome will result from using the packets generated by the Pro app. We make no warranty that the Pro app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keystone Pinnacle Property Advisors LLC and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Pro app. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the fees you have paid to use the Pro app, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Don't use the Pro app to enter false information, impersonate another person, attempt to access another user's data, interfere with the Pro app's operation, or violate applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that do.
We may update these terms as the Pro app evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If we make material changes, we'll surface them in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Pro app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising from these terms is the state and federal courts located in New York.
