Information we collect

Email address. You sign in by email; we send a magic link to that address. The address is stored in the authentication system that supports your account.

Early-access requests. If you join the early-access list, we store your email address, the page where you joined, and any form or county interest you provide so we can send launch and workflow-availability updates.

Questionnaire answers. The factual information you enter to complete the form you selected, including names, addresses, dates, relationships, and asset/liability details for the decedent and their estate.

Profile contact details.Your name, phone, and address, if you save them during profile setup. These pre-fill the affiant fields of the form you're preparing.

Generated PDFs. The completed court form populated from your answers, plus the Keystone Pinnacle Pro filing packet and the combined complete-package PDF.

Audit events. Records of material actions (account creation, submission creation, PDF generation, packet generation, deletion). Personally identifying values in audit logs are hashed; raw email addresses and IP addresses are not stored in audit events.

How we use your information

We use the information above to authenticate you, to populate the supported court form from your answers, to generate your filing packet, and to keep an audit trail for operational and compliance purposes. We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with attorneys, the court, or third-party marketers.

Analytics and cookies

We use analytics tools to understand how people find and use the public website, forms, and guide pages. These tools may collect page views, clicks, scroll behavior, device and browser details, approximate location, referral source, and similar usage data.

The public website may use Google Analytics, Vercel Web Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity. Microsoft Clarity can use cookies or similar identifiers to help show how visitors move through public pages, including heatmaps and session playback. We use this information to improve page layout, navigation, and plain-language copy.

Microsoft Clarity is not loaded on authenticated admin, dashboard, questionnaire, intake, or packet pages. Do not enter private case facts into public search or guide pages.

Where your information is stored

The Pro app uses the following service providers:

Supabasehosts the database (Postgres) and the private storage bucket for generated PDFs. Data is encrypted at rest using Supabase's default encryption.

Resend (or another configured SMTP provider) delivers magic-link sign-in emails.

Vercel hosts the web application.

Generated PDFs are stored in a private bucket. Download links are short-lived signed URLs minted by the server when you open a packet from your account.

How long we keep your information

Generated submissions are saved for 90 days after the packet is generated. After that window, a daily retention sweep permanently deletes the submission, your saved answers, the generated PDFs, and the underlying storage objects.

Drafts you start but never generate stay in your account until you delete them. You can delete a generated packet at any time before the 90-day window using the Delete this packet button on the packet page.

Audit events are retained for up to 365 days for operational and compliance reasons, then deleted by the same retention sweep.

Your choices

Delete a packet. Use the Delete this packet button on the packet page to remove the submission, answers, and generated PDFs immediately.

Stop using the service. If you stop signing in, generated submissions are removed automatically after 90 days.

Email us. Write to info@keystonepinnacle.com for questions about your data, to request a copy of what we hold about you, or to ask us to delete a draft or a generated packet on your behalf.
