Do I have to book a staff session?
No. The $49 Document Check & Filing Walkthrough is an optional add-on available only with a paid Keystone document package. It does not delay access to your completed packet.
When do I receive my documents?
For self-service small-estate preparation, your packet is available after you complete and review your answers, confirm payment and successfully generate your documents. Staff-prepared documents follow the timing confirmed for your matter.
Can you help if I live outside New York?
Tell us the court and documents you need. We confirm coverage and coordinate document pickup and delivery, so you can move forward without making the trip yourself.
Can you tell me which proceeding to choose?
Keystone provides document preparation and procedural support. Questions that require legal judgment should go to a licensed attorney. We are independent of the courts and are not a law firm.
